Overview
Here you can make a request for purchasing accompanying computer accessories for NEOMED PC/Mac devices (not for computer purchases.) If you need to procure a computer, please see this Service - Computer Purchase.
Accessory purchases require a minimum of 10 business days for purchase and deployment. Requests will be addressed in the order in which they were received.
Current cost of accessories may be different than what is listed within this article. Costs to be charged to your departmental billing index will be provided to you by IT personnel following submission of the request.
Who is Eligible?
Any faculty or staff member who is authorized to make purchases on their department's behalf.
What Accessories Can Be Purchased?
NEOMED has a business account with Dell utilizing state contract pricing to streamline and minimize cost of various accessories, including:
- Computer mice
- Keyboards
- Computer monitors
- Soundbards
- Dell docking stations
Other accessories, such as monitor stands, standing desks, webcameras, microphones, are not purchased through IT - these purchases are to be made through the individual's department, utilizing the department's purchasing processes/guidelines.

Non-Standard Accessory Requests
NEOMED IT supports the standard accessories noted above. If a non-standard accessory is needed, please complete this Service Request and note the specifications/accessories needed and IT can determine whether a quote can provided to fit those needs.
Given the variety of accessories in the marketplace, non-standard accessories may not be compatible with NEOMED-issued devices and other accessories.
