Overview
This request is used for purchasing custom PC or Mac devices.
This service request is not used for new employee computer requests - if you need a computer for a new employee, please complete the IT Account Request Form.
Computer purchases require a minimum of 10 business days for purchase and deployment. Requests will be addressed in the order in which they were received.
Who is Eligible?
Any faculty or staff member who is authorized to make purchases on their department's behalf.
What Devices Can Be Purchased?
- Dell Windows devices
- Mac devices
- iPads
How to Make an Order?
To place an order, select the Request Computer Purchase/Quote button to the right. A quote will be obtained and shared for approval before purchase.
You will need to have the following information to complete the request:
- Whether this is for an existing position
- The departmental billing index
- Product specifications (memory, CPU, hard drive, etc.)
