How to Download PointSolutions Desktop Software

University Device (Windows)

1. Go to the Start Menu (Windows icon)
2. Search for/open Software Center.
3. If PointSolutions is not installed already on your NEOMED Windows device, the PointSolutions app should show as an available option within the Applications section.
4. Click on PointSolutions and choose Install.

University Device (Mac)

1. Look within Applications or use Finder to find the Intune Company Portal app.
2. Once open, select the Applications section. 
3. If PointSolutions is not installed already on your NEOMED Mac device, the PointSolutions app should show as an available option within the Applications section.
4. Click on PointSolutions and choose Install.
   • If you do not see it available there for installation, please create a Help Desk ticket.

Personal Device

1. Log in to your PointSolutions account at https://account.turningtechnologies.com/ using your NEOMED email. 

2. In the Dashboard of your PointSolutions account, click the Download icon.

3. Choose “PointSolutions Desktop (PC) or “PointSolutions Desktop (Mac),” and click Download. The PointSolutions Desktop software will download to your computer.

4. After the installation is complete, you will have a PointSolutions Desktop icon on your computer.
