How to Download PointSolutions Desktop Software

  1. Log in to your PointSolutions account at https://account.turningtechnologies.com/ using your NEOMED email. 

  1. In the Dashboard of your PointSolutions account, click the Download icon.

  1. Choose “PointSolutions Desktop (PC) or “PointSolutions Desktop (Mac),” and click Download. The PointSolutions Desktop software will download to your computer.

  1. You may need IT assistance to install the software. If so, please create a Help Desk ticket.
  2. After the installation is complete, you will have a PointSolutions Desktop icon on your computer.
