How to Download PointSolutions

Downloading the Desktop Application

University Device (Windows)

  1. Go to the Start Menu (Windows icon)
  2. Search for/open Software Center.
  3. If PointSolutions is not installed already on your NEOMED Windows device, the PointSolutions app should show as an available option within the Applications section.
  4. Click on PointSolutions and choose Install.

University Device (Mac)

  1. Look within Applications or use Finder to find the Intune Company Portal app.
  2. Once open, select the Applications section. 
  3. If PointSolutions is not installed already on your NEOMED Mac device, the PointSolutions app should show as an available option within the Applications section.
  4. Click on PointSolutions and choose Install.

Personal Device

  1. Log in to your PointSolutions account at https://account.turningtechnologies.com/ using your NEOMED email. 

  1. In the Dashboard of your PointSolutions account, click the Download icon.

  1. Choose “PointSolutions Desktop (PC) or “PointSolutions Desktop (Mac),” and click Download. The PointSolutions Desktop software will download to your computer.

  1. After the installation is complete, you will have a PointSolutions Desktop icon on your computer.

Downloading the Mobile App

  1. Depending on your mobile device, download PointSolutions from the respective app store:
    1. Apple App Store: PointSolutions
    2. Google Play Store: PointSolutions
  2. Open the mobile app.
  3. For the PointSolutions login, use your NEOMED email address, password and MFA method.
  4. Once logged in, you will be prompted to enter a Session ID. This will be provided by the presenter/individual running the PointSolutions session.
