Downloading the Desktop Application
University Device (Windows)
- Go to the Start Menu (Windows icon)
- Search for/open Software Center.
- If PointSolutions is not installed already on your NEOMED Windows device, the PointSolutions app should show as an available option within the Applications section.
- Click on PointSolutions and choose Install.
University Device (Mac)
- Look within Applications or use Finder to find the Intune Company Portal app.
- Once open, select the Applications section.
- If PointSolutions is not installed already on your NEOMED Mac device, the PointSolutions app should show as an available option within the Applications section.
- Click on PointSolutions and choose Install.
Personal Device
- Log in to your PointSolutions account at https://account.turningtechnologies.com/ using your NEOMED email.

- In the Dashboard of your PointSolutions account, click the Download icon.

- Choose “PointSolutions Desktop (PC) or “PointSolutions Desktop (Mac),” and click Download. The PointSolutions Desktop software will download to your computer.

- After the installation is complete, you will have a PointSolutions Desktop icon on your computer.
Downloading the Mobile App

- Depending on your mobile device, download PointSolutions from the respective app store:
- Apple App Store: PointSolutions
- Google Play Store: PointSolutions
- Open the mobile app.
- For the PointSolutions login, use your NEOMED email address, password and MFA method.
- Once logged in, you will be prompted to enter a Session ID. This will be provided by the presenter/individual running the PointSolutions session.
