To help facilitate ticket entry, you can mark services that you use often as a favorite. You can then quickly start a new ticket of that type by selecting from your Favorites list.
Add a Favorite
Once you select the service that you want (from My Recent Services, Popular Services or via searching the client portal or the service catalog, click the Add to Favorites button on the top right.
Remove a Favorite
Open the service from My Favorites and click Remove from Favorites.
