Steps to Configure Outlook for Desktop on Mac

  1. Download and install the Outlook for Desktop from App Store
  2. Open the Outlook desktop client.
  3. Click on Tools menu item.
  4. Select Accounts… in the menu.
  5. Click on the plus (+) icon in the bottom left corner and select New Account.
  6. Enter your NEOMED email address in the Set Up Your Email dialog box.
  7. Enter your credentials on the subsequent page and click Login.
  8. You will be prompted to authenticate with MFA. (For additional MFA reference, please see here.)
  9. You will see your NEOMED mailbox associated with your newly added account on the left-hand side of Outlook. It will take some time for mail to appear in your mailbox. You can expand and collapse mailboxes in the left-hand menu
