Updating Your Room or Office Location

How to Update Your Room/Office Location

  1. Go to Banner General Self-Service: Personal Information

 

  1. If prompted, please log into your NEOMED account.
    • Once logged in, you will see the screen pictured below, which reflects the information associated with your NEOMED account, including Banner ID, email address, personal address, and room location. Your current office/room number NEOMED has on file for you will be listed under your "Business or work" Phone Number. This is used because Banner does not have a dedicated placeholder for room/office location.

 

  1. To update your room/office location, click the Pencil (Edit) icon under Phone Number -> "Business or work (Primary)." 

 

  1. A pop-up window will display (pictured below). Please enter your new room/office location in the text box titled "International Access Code and Phone Number". Once entered, click the Update button.

 

 

  1. You will be directed back to your Personal Information page. You should now see the new room/office location reflected on your profile (as seen below.) You can now sign out, by clicking the image icon on the top-right of the web page and then click Sign Out.
