Saving a Copy of Your Personal OneDrive Files

Log in to your NEOMED Office 365 account via https://www.office.com.
Select OneDrive from the Microsoft App Launcher (the square of 9 dots in the upper left corner of your screen).
Select the folders and/or files you would like to save by clicking the circular checkbox that appears when you hover your cursor to the left of a file name.
Choose Download to download the files to a zip file on your local device.
If Download is not one of the options shown at the top of your screen:
1. Select Move to or Copy to.
2. Choose your destination and click Copy here.
