Steps to Configure Outlook for Mobile on iOS/iPadOS 

To access your NEOMED email from your iPad or iPhone:

  1. Download and install the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store.
  2. Once it installs, tap on Microsoft Outlook.
  3. You should be prompted to enter your NEOMED email address, then tap Add Account.
  4. If prompted to select your email provider, select Office 365.
  5. The NEOMED login page should appear. Enter your password and tap Sign In. 
  6. Complete your multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompt. 
  7. After a few minutes, NEOMED email should begin to populate in the Outlook app.

You can manage your account or add a new account at any time using the Settings option.

Steps to Configure Apple Main on iOS/iPadOS

To configure Apple Mail for Microsoft 365, you will need to set up a new Exchange account. First, ensure you are on a secure network (not the Guest wireless network), then use the following settings:

  • Email:  Your NEOMED email address
  • Server:    outlook.office365.com
  • Domain:  Leave blank
  • User Name:  Your NEOMED email address
  • Password:   Your NEOMED password
  • Description:  Your NEOMED email address
