  1. Approve the quote with a signature, index, account code, and list who the user of the license will be.
  2. Email the quote back to our JourneyEd representative, copying accountspayable@neomed.edu.
  3. You will receive an email from JourneyEd with the license information.
  4. Place a help desk ticket for IT to assign the license to the user.
