Save and Share NEOMED Zoom Cloud Recordings

NEOMED Zoom recordings are available for 150 days. If you wish to keep recordings beyond the 150 days, you will need to download the recording to your device. 

If you want to continue to share the recording, you will then upload it to another service. Our recommendation is to use the NEOMED supported tool, EchoVideo.  Once you have uploaded your recording to EchoVideo, you can share it with your students in Canvas. 

Download Cloud Recordings

1. Log in to NEOMED Zoom.
2. Click on Recordings.
3. Next to the recording you wish to save, click More.
4. Select Download.
5. Save the recording to your device.

Upload Recordings to EchoVideo

If you are planning on moving your Zoom recording to EchoVideo, you will need to download the .mp4 file. For directions on uploading your Zoom cloud recording to EchoVideo, see the Creating a Recording Using Uploaded Media guide.  

Zoom transcriptions are downloadable in .vtt format and can be used to create closed captions for your EchoVideo presentation.

Share Recordings in Canvas

Once you have the recording uploaded to EchoVideo, here are several ways to share your EchoVideo recordings Canvas: 

• embed a presentation using the EchoVideo integration 

• create a link to a EchoVideo presentation
