Using Collections in Echo
A collection is just another way to group your videos in Echo. For example, a department may want to create a collection so their videos can be centrally stored and easily located (vs having videos stored only in individual courses). Collections are also useful to store other videos that are necessary for staff or faculty, but may not be relevant to students or their courses.
Getting Started
- Log into https://echo360.org with your NEOMED SSO (single sign on) credentials.
- Once logged in, use the tool bar at the top of the page to select "Collections"
- If you want to create a new collection, select the "+collection" button located at the upper right of the page.
- If you create a new collection, enter a title and description and hit Save, otherwise, select the collection you want.
- Once you select the correct collection, select the add media button in the upper right corner and the following screen will pop up:
- From here, simply import media from your library, or upload new content as necessary.
- Once you have finished, hit the "Done" button. That's it.
