Backup a Copy of Your Personal OneDrive Files

1. Log in to your NEOMED Microsoft 365 account via https://www.office.com.
2. Select OneDrive from the Microsoft App Launcher  (the square of 9 dots just left of the NEOMED logo in the upper left corner of your screen)
3. Select the folders and/or files you would like to save by clicking the circular checkbox that appears when you hover your cursor to the left of a file name.
4. Choose Download to download the files to a zip file on your local device.
5. If Download is not one of the options shown at the top of your screen:
   1. Select Move to or Copy to.
   2. Choose your destination and click Copy here.
