IMPORTANT
! If you have a NEOMED owned laptop or desktop computer
AND
you use your NEOMED Account user ID and password to log in to it, you may need to sync the two passwords. If you have not already done so, see Knowledge Base article,
Sync My NEOMED Device Password
.
If you use NEOMED Wireless networks
, update your wireless password on each device you use to connect to it.
If you're prompted to connect or reconnect
to Microsoft 365 applications, mapped drives, databases, or other applications, sign in with your new password.
If you save your password in your Web browser or password manager
, be sure to update it there. In most cases, you'll be prompted to update it when you sign into a NEOMED resource and enter your new password in place of the one that was pre-filled for you.
Next time you reboot your NEOMED Mac device,
if you're prompted to Update or Create a New Keychain, select
