How do I find the status of a ticket - and can I update it? Can I look at or open a closed ticket?

Go to the TeamDynamix Client Portal: https://neomed.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home/

Sign in (top right corner):

Go to the My Submitted Tickets widget on your home page.

Locate the ticket and click on the hyperlink for the ticket title. This will open the ticket and show you the detailed description, when the ticket was last modified, etc. and will also allow you to: Withdraw the request, Add an attachment, alert, comment or update.

 

Note: If you need to re-open or update a ticket that has already been closed, do the following:

Go to the My Submitted Tickets widget on your home page. The default view shows only open tickets - so click View All Submitted Tickets at the bottom of your list of tickets.

 

On the Ticket Requests page, change the status class to Completed and click Search.
