The PaperCut Admin site is accessed at: https://papercut.neomed.edu:9192/admin
- Log in using your Microsoft 365 credentials (only designated personnel within Accounting and IT will be able to log into the Admin site)
The following situations require the PaperCut client to be installed and settings enabled within the PaperCut Admin site:
- Need to print to various indexes depending on what you are printing for (ex. course coordinators)
- Special situations where printing needs to be charged to an index that is different from the primary department - this is the case for the following departments: Depository, Pharmacy Practice, BeST Center and the Center for Student Wellness and Counseling
**MAC users do not necessarily require the PaperCut client. It is only required for the above-mentioned situations.
To enable a user for printing to an index(es) other than your primary department index:
- From the PaperCut dashboard, select Users
- Find the user - make sure you are on the Details tab.
- Scroll down to Account Selection
- Under Print account selection, select Show the standard account selection popup.
- Check
- Allow user to select shared accounts (using PIN/code) - so that they can type in the desired grant code, index or activity code.
- Allow user to charge to their personal account - only if they need to sometimes print to their primary department index. If they never print to their department index, then uncheck this.
**Make sure the other boxes are unchecked**
- Click OK
