Body
If your screen is blank when trying to access Xtender documents or if you can't print a document from Xtender, first check to see if there is a pop up blocker turned on. There should be something on the page to indicate if there was a pop up blocked (differs on browsers). Go in to blocker and allow pop ups from the neomed site, then close out of the browser and re-launch to make sure it fixes the issue.
Always allow *.neomed.edu - note the exact syntax varies by browser and browser version.
Google Chrome
In Chrome, a small icon with a red X will appear next to the Favorite star in the upper right corner of the address bar to indicate a pop-up has been blocked. To accept the blocked pop-up, click the link shown to proceed anyway, or select Always allow pop-ups from this page, then click Done.
