Before You Begin
- You must be logged in to your NEOMED‑issued Windows computer with your NEOMED account
- Your device must be:
- Connected to the NEOMED network (on‑campus or via VPN)
- Managed by the organization (Software Center already installed)
Instructions
1. Open Software Center
- Click the Start menu (Windows icon)
- Type Software Center
- Select Software Center from the search results
💡 Tip: If you don’t see Software Center, restart your computer and try again.
2. Find EchoVideo
- In Software Center, select Applications from the left‑hand menu
- Scroll through the list or use the search box
- Locate EchoVideo
3. Install EchoVideo
- Click EchoVideo
- Select Install
- If prompted, confirm the installation.
Software Center will download and install EchoVideo automatically. You can continue working while the installation runs.
4. Verify Installation
Once installation is complete:
- Return to the Start menu
- Search for EchoVideo
- Open the application to confirm it launches successfully
You may be prompted to sign in using your organizational credentials the first time you launch EchoVideo.

EchoVideo Does Not Appear in Software Center
- Restart your computer and check again
- Ensure you are connected to the NEOMED network or VPN
- If it still does not appear, contact the Help Desk
Installation Fails or Gets Stuck
- Close Software Center
- Reopen Software Center and try the install again
- Restart your computer if the issue persists
Software Center Will Not Open
- Restart your computer
- Make sure all pending Windows updates are installed
- Contact the Help Desk if the issue continues
