Am I eligible for a NEOMED Zoom account? Who has access to NEOMED Zoom?

Eligible
If you have at least one of the following affiliations, you are eligible for a NEOMED Zoom account (under the NEOMED license) for as long as you hold that affiliation:
- Students (from matriculation to either graduation or end of student status)
- Faculty (Rootstown-based)
- Staff
- Residents
Not Eligible
The following affiliations are not eligible for a NEOMED Zoom account under the NEOMED license (as long as you do not have any of the roles from the previous list):
- Alumni
- Retirees
- Faculty (clinical/affiliated)
Additional Information
If a Zoom account is desired (and you are not eligible), anyone may sign up for a free, basic Zoom account with a non-NEOMED email address. Hosts of NEOMED Zoom meetings may choose to enable non-NEOMED participants to join as guests if needed.
