Resetting Your Docking Station

If you encounter issues with a monitor working intermittently or other connected device issues, resetting your docking station could help address the issue.

Steps

1. Remove the docking cable (USB-C or Thunderbolt) from the computer.
2. Unplug the power cable from the dock (usually a circular plug).
3. With both cables disconnected, hold the docking station power button for 30 seconds to drain power to the dock.
4. Plug the power cable into the dock. The dock LED on the power button should blink three (3) times.
5. Plug the docking station cable (USB-C or Thunderbolt) back into the computer.
