How to Join a Zoom Meeting

How to Join a Meeting via Desktop App

You can click the invite link provided by the host, for example in a calendar or email invitation, and follow the on-screen instructions. Alternatively, you open the Zoom desktop client and join a meeting using the Meeting ID and passcode (if applicable.)

1. Open the Zoom Desktop application.
2. Click Sign In then select SSO. 
3. If asked for a company domain, enter neomed
4. If prompted, log in with your NEOMED account.
5. Once logged in, click the Join icon (a + icon)
6. Enter the meeting ID provided by the meeting host. If prompted, enter the meeting passcode.
7. Click Join.

You will then join the meeting or waiting room, if enabled by the host.

How to Join a Meeting via Mobile Device

You can tap the invite link provided by the host, for example in a calendar or email invitation, and follow the on-screen instructions. Alternatively, you open the Zoom mobile app and join a meeting using the Meeting ID and passcode (if applicable.)

1. Open the Zoom mobile app. 
2. Click Sign In then select SSO. 
3. If asked for a company domain, enter neomed
4. If prompted, log in with your NEOMED account.
5. Enter the meeting ID provided by the meeting host.
6. If prompted, enter the meeting passcode.
