How to Sync Apple iOS Mail with NEOMED Email After a Password Change

  1. On the iOS device open Settings.
  2. Tap on Mail.
  3. Tap on Accounts.
  4. Tap on the account associated with your NEOMED email.
  5. Tap Delete Account. (Your mail will return in the subsequent steps.)
  6. Navigate Back to the Accounts Pane in the Mail settings. (You may have been automatically taken there.)
  7. Tap Add Account.
  8. Tap Microsoft Exchange and enter your NEOMED email and description. (The description can read however you'd like such as NEOMED Email, NEOMED, etc.) 
  9. Log in via NEOMED Login page (Same as before, but input the new, correct password.).
  10. Refresh Mail.
