With the transition to Microsoft 365 and our new single-sign on capabilities, Microsoft Access users will need to sync the Microsoft Access password with your Oracle database password. We suggest you reset your database password to be your Office 365/Windows password.
For Microsoft Access, please do the following:
- Log in to Banner Application Navigator and go to screen GUAPSWD
- Enter your old Oracle database password, then enter and verify your new password. It is recommended that you make the new password the same as your Microsoft 365 password.
- After Steps 1-2 are completed, log in to Microsoft Access using the new database password you just created.
