*IMPORTANT* If you are a new employee, or you've never requested access to the NEOMED Virtual Private Network (VPN), you will need to submit a request via TeamDynamix requesting an account for the service. To install the VPN client on a University device, you will need to bring the device to the Help Desk, or submit a TeamDynamix ticket so appropriate authorization can be provided.
Steps to Install VPN Client
If you have a problem loading this page, make sure that you requested and were granted vpn access per the Note above. If you have done that and you are still having issues loading the page, it is likely that a Multi-Factor Authentication prompt is waiting for your approval.
- Login using your NEOMED username and password (what you login to your University device with):

- Click on the appropriate installer link for your Operating System:

- Save the file then run it to install.
